Anyone can give you the ingredients to an apple pie recipe, but without seeing them put it all together via demonstration, what good does it really do you? Plus, even if you are shown what to do, the odds that you’ll get it right on your first try are still slim to nil. Lauren Francesca has the right idea when it comes to a bird’s eye view of the process, but you might be a little too distracted by said perspective. We can only speak for ourselves, though.
