It seems some internet legends have taken it upon themselves to lighten the headlines today by trolling Channel 7 News with gold references from The Simpsons to incredible effect.
While there has been no word on how this has affected 7News’ ability to report the news, we feel this video sums things up better than we can.
Specifically targeting whatever miserable unpaid interns are in charge of the various 7News social media accounts, these keyboard heroes have been sending in phoney news tips which turn out to just be set ups to Simpsons gags. God bless technology.
