New Transformers: Age of Extinction Trailer Introduces Dinobot Army

If there was any element sorely missing from the Transformers movies, it can be boiled down to one thing.

No, not a plot.  Or logic.  Or more Shia.

It's dinosaurs.  Loads and loads and loads of transforming robotic dinosaurs.

Ladies and gentlemen, feast your eyes on the latest trailer for the forthcoming effects-dripping, explosion-laden, Dinobot-engorged Michael Bay joint Transformers: Age of Extinction.

Yep, and from the looks of things, Bay has heard and addressed all the complaints about the lack of coherence and emotional attachment and ridiculously over-the-top action sequences that stand in for legitimate story in the first three Transformers flicks.

Clearly, the biggest problem from the first three movies was Shia LaBeouf.  Poof…gone!  And replaced by Mark Wahlberg.  Oscar-nominated actor Mark Wahlberg.  So…problem solved.  You're welcome, Transformers fans.

Oh, yeah…and Dinobots.

And since the eternally besieged Optimus Prime and his Autobot buddies appear to be once again under attack from the very humans whose asses they saved from obliteration multiple times already, it makes sense that they'd need to recruit giant transforming robot dinosaurs.

You know…to ride on.  And stuff.

Don't take our word for all the Transformers improvements on display in this latest trailer posted at Crave movie site /Film, among other places.  Check it out for yourself.

Obviously, this should be enough to get your butt into a theater seat June 27 when Transformers: Age of Extinction debuts in the U.S.
