Is LeBron James The New Batman?

As if LeBron James wasn't terrifying enough, after busting out a 'protective' mask against the Knicks Thursday night, defenders will be vying for bullet proof vests… because the most dominant player in the game now looks like an actual super hero.

James took a hit to the nose last week against the Thunder and it sounds like the Heat have been scrambling to find their star player the safest and most efficient protective gear since. Normally players with broken noses have to wear a clear shield over their face. James' looks like pure carbon fiber — the same thing they use for prosthetic legs.

If there were a comic book featuring King James, no doubt he would look like he did Thursday night. Heck, James even joked that his mask might look like Bane. Most fans pointed out that he looked like a real life Batman:
