Believe it or not, we are less than two weeks away from a new episode of “Community.” Two episodes, actually!
That’s right, Greendale Human Beings. “Community” is coming back on Thursday, January 2 with two back-to-back episodes and it will remain on the air through the month… until NBC forces the Winter Olympics down our throats again.
Although we may not get a timely Christmas installment of “Community” this season, NBC has released a “Community” Season 5 animated promo that features Jeff (Joel McHale) in his post-Greendale life before he is visited by Santa Dean Pelton (Jim Rash), Donner Chang (Ken Jeong), Britta (Gillian Jacobs), Annie (Alison Brie), Abed (Danny Pudi), Shirley (Yvette Nicole Brown) and Troy. Well… I say “Troy” without credit because there’s no evidence that Donald Glover was around when this promo was made. The clip also shows the new sleeping arrangements for the Dean and hints at what may have happened to Pierce.
