Looks like the gang’s all back together for The Avengers: Age of Ultron, according to Crave’s ComingSoon.net.
Cobie Smulders talked about suiting back up to play S.H.I.E.L.D. deputy director Maria Hill.

The Avengers: Age of Ultron is set to open May 1, 2015.
