This may shock you, but Nicolas Cage is an Oscar winner. And that’s because at one point Cage was considered a very good actor — just see his performances in Leaving Las Vegas, Adaptation and Matchstick Men. But somewhere along the way Cage either lost his mind, his passion or both. And the latest trailer for The Humanity Bureau is more proof of that.
Coming out on April 6th, The Humanity Bureau takes place in the year 2030 and sees a world in a state of permanent economic recession, and with serious environmental problems because of global warming. Cage plays Noah Kross, a guy that won’t let his bad hairline get in the way of saving everyone.
The trailer is a boatload of laughs that features terrible acting, awful dialogue, a Donald Trump “appearance” and of course, an Oscar winner that just doesn’t give a damn about anything anymore.. Have a look at the trailer below.
Oh, Cage. Where have you gone? Then again, next to The Wicker Man this looks like a freaking masterpiece.
