In just under a month, the third season of Turn: Washington’s Spies will return to AMC as the Revolutionary War spy thriller begins a new chapter.
The series is based upon Alexander Rose’s book Washington’s Spies: The Story of America’s First Spy Ring. Turn follows Jamie Bell’s Abraham Woodhull and other members of the Culper spy ring as they attempt to obtain intelligence on British forces and secretly pass it on to George Washington (Ian Kahn). However, the second season added Benedict Arnold (Owain Yeoman) to the mix as he began his descent towards becoming the most notorious traitor in American history.
According to AMC’s description for Turn season 3, “the price for treason is blood, and not all of our heroes will survive.” Ahead of the new season, AMC has provided CraveOnline with five exclusive photos from Turn: Washington’s Spies. And we’re eagerly awaiting the context of the first photo which finds Abraham staring down the barrel of a red coat’s gun!
