Louis Theroux Is Touring Australia This September

Updated 12:00pm Friday 18th March: Due to unprecedented demand three matinee shows have beenadded to the tour in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

British filmmaker Louis Theroux is renowned for his controversial work dealing with all manner of folks from white supremacists to a plethora of wacky celebrities. Theroux is making his way Down Under later this year for a national speaking tour.

The documentary maker, who recently proclaimed Donald Trump as the ideal documentary subject, will bring a dialogue-based show that retrospectively reflects on his numerous films to date.

Across five dates in major capital cities, Theroux will be joined by Julia Zemiro in a Q-and-A style discussion, inspired by a number of one-off live speaking shows he recently did in Britain.

Featuring previously unseen footage, the two hour long shows will see Theroux talk about his working methods, and will also follow up on the lives of a number of those he has documented in the years since he worked with them.
