One mega Australian tour a year isn’t enough for Pommy troubadour Ed Sheeran who has just gone ahead and announced another Australia tour for November and December 2015, playing dates in his biggest Australian venues so far.
Ed Sheeran’s second Australian tour of 2015, and fifth visit in four years, will kick off on November 28th at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium, before moving along to stadiums in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and finishing up in Auckland this December.
The timing of the visit also coincides with that of Sheeran’s buddy, one Taylor Swift, meaning perhaps there’s an onstage collaboration in store for Aussie fans. A quick scan of their tour dates reveals Taylor has an opening in her schedule on Wednesday 9th December when Sheeran takes the stage in Sydney. Someone please let their tour managers know about that.
For almost a year now, Sheeran has been touring hit album X, including a sold-out March/April tour of Australia this year. During that time, old mate Ed even managed to film a cameo on our longest running soapie, “Home And Away”. The episode is slated to air later this year.

UPDATE 05/05/15: Ed Sheeran has revealed that fellow Britons Rudimental, Northern Irish troubadour Foy Vance, and the UK’s Passenger will be joining him on his upcoming national tour. An extra show in Melbourne has been added after the first one at AAMI Park sold out. See tour details below.
