Video Premiere: Kit’s Night Goes From Bad To Nightmare in ‘No Mercy’

Crave is proud to premiere “No Mercy,” the latest video from New York songwriter/producer Kit Walters, in his newly launched Kit project. What begins as a hypnotic thread of melancholy in the vein of T Bone Burnett shifts into a passionate thrill ride as Kit goes from a tongue-lashing from a jilted lover at the bar to getting the shit kicked out of him in the street.

A leap from his beginnings as the frontman for prog-metal outfit Scapegoat, the Kit project offers a fascinating range of rock, dance and progressive pop experimentation. This flexibility has taken him through a chameleon’s run of projects, from working as a writer, producer and composer on projects for  WWE, West One’s Noise Refinery, Megatrax, to a gig as the featured vocalist for Konami’s cross-platform video game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

Walters’ new project Kit brings  an explosive energy to the stage in an unconventional, blend of rock-inspired electronic pop. He released his debut 6-song EP, Through The Fire last September, and has since shared stages with artists such as One Republic, Cobra Starship, Flo Rida, Capital Cities, Kat Graham, Bret Michaels and more.

Check out the “No Mercy” video below, directed by Kenneth Quiller and Kit Walters, and walk through a night in the life of one seriously unlucky cat – but the guy certainly gets points for hanging on to his cigarette for so damn long:
