Take a Look at OlliOlli 2: Welcome to Olliwood’s Official Trailer

During a year devoid of skateboarding video game releases, OlliOlli provided anyone who gave it a chance a radical experience in 2014. Known for its tough but addictive arcade nature, it provided a new take on the genre that it’s been looking for. Unsurprisingly, a sequel is in development.

While the sequel’s development has been known since last September, until now nothing has been known about it. A new trailer answers the question: what is OlliOlli 2 going to do differently?

As described in the trailer above, OlliOlli 2: Welcome to Olliwood will have a variety of new elements. For one, new tricks have been added, including manuals, reverts, and grind switches to keep your combo moving along no matter the environment. Several new levels inspired by Hollywood’s spectacle feature big air, and even multiple routes to choose from.

OlliOlli was already a very intense, skill-oriented game. With the new mechanics, OlliOlli 2 will be an even greater test of finger dexterity.

OlliOlli 2 will debut on PS3, PS4, PS Vita, and PC later this year. For now, check out the trailer above.
