St. Vincent is off and running today with a new song called “Bad Believer,” the first track from the forthcoming deluxe edition of her 2014 self-titled album. The choppy pop track is an upbeat dancer, and though it gets repetitive rather quickly it’s sure to hit a sweet spot among fans clamoring for new sounds.
Also included in the release will be Record Store Day singles “Pieta” and “Sparrow,” Japanese edition B-side “Del Rio,” and the Darkside remix of “Digital Witness.” The deluxe edition of St. Vincent is out 2/9 via Loma Vista. St. Vincent will also have another new track that will appear in an upcoming episode of “Girls”.
When they’re finished looking back on what was, we’re looking forward to rocking with St. Vincent at this year’s Coachella and Governors Ball festivals.
