BlizzCon 2014: BlizzCon Virtual Tickets Are Now Available, Full Details Announced

BlizzCon 2014 tickets might be sold out, but you can still attend the show… virtually.

Similar to last year, BlizzCon 2014 will have a Virtual Ticket, and it costs $39.99. Now available through Battle.net, the Virtual Ticket will allow you experience all the great content scheduled at BlizzCon from your home, including:

  • Panels
  • Interviews
  • Contests
  • Closing Ceremony

You’ll be able to watch around-the-clock content from several concurrent live streams, and even revisit already completed content up to two weeks after the event ends.

Those who purchase a Virtual Ticket will also receive some in-game goodies within all of Blizzard’s modern games. It’s not a Goodie Bag, but it’s the next best thing.

BlizzCon 2014 will be host on November 7th and 8th at the Anaheim Convention Center. Virtual Tickets had very positive reception after last year’s show, so it’s a safe option if you weren’t able to secure a ticket. As far as the show goes, I had more fun at last year’s BlizzCon than any other event I’ve been to. This is the Disneyland of Blizzard, featuring all of studio’s best current and upcoming games, as well as being a platform for huge announcements. World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor launches a week after the show, so you can expect to learn a ton of new information about the expansion just before it’s released.
