California’s genre-splicing kaleidoscopic rockers RX Bandits have returned after a lengthy hiatus with another Crave-exclusive performance of a track off their first album in five years, Gemini, Her Majesty, out now via Mash Down Babylon/INGrooves (grab it on iTunes). Their run as CraveOnline’s Band of The Month kicked off with a blistering performance of new song “1995,” and continued with the gorgeous “Ruby Cumulous” – the first song on Gemini.
Now we continue the run with the visceral drive of “Wide Open,” the next song in sequence on Gemini. We’re massively proud to bring you another taste of RX Bandits’ celebrated return on Gemini, Her Majesty through their Band of The Month performance, exclusively on Crave:
Gemini, Her Majesty was fueled by a successful fundraising campaign on PledgeMusic, crushing RXB’s original goal and illustrating an overwhelming enthusiasm for the return of RXB’s kaleidoscopic hybridization of reggae, ska, prog-rock and beyond.
