Sony Goes On PS4 Marketing Blitz with Destiny TV Spot

After this month’s onslaught of video game releases, there’s going to be a long wait before the next avalanche of big releases. With a release in September, Destiny is the game that many are looking forward to next. It goes without saying that it’s a big deal.

Destiny might be multiplatform, but Sony has seized the opportunity by striking a PS4 marketing deal with Activision, the game’s publisher, for the title. In the same way Call of Duty has been marketed for the Xbox family for years, Destiny will have advertisements run day and night that promote the PS4 version of the game.

Sony and Activision aren’t wasting any time, either. Yesterday during a new episode of The Walking Dead and The Cosmos, a TV Spot was shown for Destiny. Not only does it show some tasty footage of the game, but it offers a glimpse of the PS4’s social features, too. See below to check it out:
