It’s been only 7 days since Evolve, the upcoming game from Left 4 Dead developer Turtle Rock, was first announced, but it’s already available for pre-order. Not only that, but Turtle Rock is also handing out two pre-order bonus items to those who plump up their cash before seeing any footage of the game-in-progress.
Evolve, which is being touted as a Left 4 Dead co-op survival experience but with aliens instead of zombies, will come with a free download of a ‘Savage Goliath Skin’ and an exclusive monster for those who pre-order from participating retailers. I’m not sure why you’d want to pre-order a game on the basis of a handful of screenshots, but I guess some people will like the intriguing concept enough to plump down the cash before seeing the goods.
Evolve is set to release in the Fall, and will be available for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC, and will be published by 2K Games.
