Sony has released video footage of the hilariously incongruous alternate ending for The Last Of Us.
The game’s writer/creative director Neil Druckmann narrates the video, explaining to us the scenario which led to the improvised footage that was first debuted at developers Naughty Dog’s PAX 2013 panel.
There are obviously some huge spoilers here, so if you haven’t completed The Last Of Us yet, then I strongly advise against watching it. For everyone else, enjoy voice actors Troy Baker and Merle Dandridge taking the game’s ending in a very different direction.
