Watch: Lorde Covers Kanye’s ‘Hold My Liquor’

16 year-old singing sensation Lorde continues to take the music world by surprise, this time with her cover of a brooding Kanye West track. At her free iHeart Radio concert over the weekend at Auckland’s Vector Arena, the “Royals” singer (real name Ella Yelich-O’Connor) delivered a slightly altered rendition of the song, which was featured on West’s polarizing Yeezus album.
