Avengers: Doomsday’s Devastating Death Report Reveals Everyone Who Dies

A new rumor has surfaced, revealing who dies in Avengers: Doomsday. As the upcoming MCU movie inches closer to its release, new rumors keep emerging, hinting at various elements of the storyline, poised to have high stakes given Doctor Doom’s involvement. Anthony and Joe Russo directed the film and co-produced it with Marvel Studios through their production banner, AGBO.

‘Everyone’ rumored to die in Avengers: Doomsday

A new rumor suggests that Avengers: Doomsday will feature the deaths of all characters. The Beyond Reporter recently shared on X (formerly Twitter) that “a New Avenger” will be “permanently” killed off in the film. However, they didn’t reveal which member would meet their demise.

Responding to the post on X (formerly Twitter), notable scooper MyTimetoShineHello wrote, “I got news for you EVERYONE’s gonna die in this movie. EVERYONE.”

Given that this report comes from an unofficial source, it must be taken with a grain of salt. Needless to say, fans will have to wait and see Doomsday when it comes out to find out if the rumor is true.

While this is only a rumor, it wouldn’t be surprising if it turns out to be accurate. This is because Marvel previously did something similar with Avengers: Infinity War, where they killed off a vast majority of heroes via Thanos’s snap before resurrecting them in Avengers: Endgame.

Avengers: Doomsday premieres on December 18, 2026. This will be preceded by Endgame’s re-release on September 25. Disney confirmed at their presentation in CinemaCon last week that it will include new footage.

Later, Joe Russo got specific while speaking with Deadline at the Sands Film Festival in St Andrews, Scotland. He shared, “It’s critically important to re-release the movie, and, in fact, we’ll be re-releasing the film with footage that is set in the Doomsday story that we have added to Avengers: Endgame.”

The filmmaker then stressed that the re-release was to bridge Endgame and Doomsday “in a very unique way.” Furthermore, he called it a “critical companion story” that would set up what audiences will see in the latter.

Additionally, it has been reported that the film will include a post-credits scene to tease the upcoming MCU entry.
