Popular NBC Series Won’t End After Season 7 Despite Rumors

Online speculation around the future of the The Kelly Clarkson Show has sparked concern among viewers, especially as Season 7 continues to air. However, a new report suggests fans may not need to worry just yet.

New report says The Kelly Clarkson Show is not ending after the current season

A new report makes it clear that The Kelly Clarkson Show is not ending. According to Entertainment Weekly, a representative for the Daytime Emmy–winning talk show claimed that there are no plans to wrap the NBC series at the end of Season 7, pushing back against cancellation rumors circulating online.

“Rumor!” the representative quipped, before adding that NBC, which produces and distributes the show, “will advise directly if there is a show update.” They also stressed that the program is still heaving engrossed into its current run, saying, “We are not even halfway through season 7!”

Questions about is the Kelly Clarkson Show ending began last week after Page Six cited an unnamed insider who claimed the show was no longer “sustainable anymore” amid changes in the daytime television landscape.

However, another source quickly pushed back, telling the outlet that people were “jumping the gun” and that “nothing is definite yet, and it’s still a long season.” The latest confirmation suggests those concerns were premature, with no official plans in place to end The Kelly Clarkson Show after Season 7.

The Kelly Clarkson Show Season 7 kicked off last September with a high-energy “Kellyoke” performance of The Weeknd’s 2019 hit “Blinding Lights.” The premiere episode also featured interviews with A Big Bold Beautiful Journey stars Margot Robbie and Colin Farrell.

Upcoming episodes are set to feature interviews with The Testament of Ann Lee actor Amanda Seyfried, Paris Hilton, Heated Rivalry star François Arnaud, and the cast of Star Trek: Starfleet Academy.
