Not exactly sure what this commercial has to do with breakfast cereal, but Kellogg's is running a commercial that basically tells you that a main character dies in Amazing Spider-Man 2. So if you're emotionally invested in the lives of fictional comic book characters, you might not want to watch this. Or maybe you should. Face your fears. Why live your life afraid?
