Dressing up for The Children Affected by AIDS Foundation seems like a noble gesture, but right now I’m trying to figure out what Rumer Willis is wearing. Is this supposed to be a costume? Did she pick it out during a fire? If she didn’t, this is the stupidest costume I have ever seen.
