Friendlyjordies has delivered his latest satirical video taking aim at Sydney-based hardstyle and dance festival Defqon.1.
It’s a survival guide that doubles as a takedown of EDM culture in Friendlyjordies trademark, over-the-top style.
Despite being totally satirical, there are some very handy tips in here including how to re-smoke the smoke of your own cigarette, line-up in the wrong queue and then argue with the “kiosk lady” and choose the right sporting brand to wear.
He also takes aim at the at the music calling it, “beats that have to reaffirm very defensively, this music is not lame, this music is like Ellen – cool.”
It’s a pretty wild and slightly warped trip into the world of Defqon.1 for those of you who have never been before.
