Man, these days kids are getting out of bed, throwing on their drawstring backpack that they’ve had for years and heading to school simply to fight. At least that’s how it looks.
A video of a massive brawl at a Theodore High School has gone viral after it spread on social media — a fight so insane that the school actually had to be put on lockdown.
Huge Brawl At Alabama High School Leads To 11 Arrests
Nine students and two non-students involved were arrested on the spot and suspended once thing settled down.
Mobile Police say 8 of those students were juveniles and transported to Strickland Youth Center. One adult student was arrested and transported to the Metro Jail.
Police say the non-students came on campus when they were alerted to a possible fight involving relatives or friends.
Many parents rushed to the school immediately to pick up their children early after hearing about the fight from their children or on social media. Rumors were being spread around the school that weapons were involved. This caused major concern for parents. But Philips confirmed with News 5 that no weapons were involved and no students were seriously injured.
Can’t these kids go to school, learn about a bunch of things they will never use in real life and behave until they can go home and cry into a pillow like most students do?
