72-Years-Old & Jacked: Meet ‘Taiwan’s Strongest Grandfather’

Don’t laugh. On a good day I can do four or five pull-ups. When I was in the peak of my 20s I could benchpress up to 225 pounds. Not too bad, right? Just about all of us should be embarrassed after seeing Huang Ching-hsin go viral.

Now known as ‘Taiwan’s strongest grandfather’, the 72-year-old is a friggin’ farmer from Pingtung, Taiwan who has a workout routine that would be ridiculous for a 22-year-old.

Millions have watched the elderly man do pull-ups, crunches and ab exercises online this week, but even more stunning is his physique, an upper-body that I can only dream of: washboard abs and pecs that would make Arnold jealous.

And oh yeah, he can bench press 264 pounds.

Here is a shirtless Mr. Ching-hsin doing 10 pull-ups in a row before showing off his ab roller skills.

Mr. Ching-hsin says he works out whenever he’s not farming and that he ‘does it for fun.’ Yeah … People now think you’re the real-life version of Master Roshi, the bald, white-bearded martial arts master from Dragon Ball.

But c’mon. I also need to know what this guy eats. As I put down my Cocoa Crispies, I can only think about how insane this guy’s diet must be. At 72 I’ll just be happy to down my Ensure.
