Deion Pierre and his teammates declared a double victory this past Saturday. After the Samford football team defeated conference rival VMI, they waited until the stadium cleared to execute a choreographed proposal that has the entire program blowing up all over Twitter.
Pierre is a linebacker who got his teammates to help him propose to his girlfriend, Jasmine. Toss in some roses and a dash of Ed Sheeran, and it’s a cute proposal that’s getting decent play on all the sports networks.
