Two days after the awards, a fan shared pictures of PinkPantheress on X with the caption “plumped henni.” Another post from the account suggested that the Grammy-nominated artist had received cosmetic injectables. PinkPantheress responded to the speculation on Nov. 5, rejecting the claims.
“Every time I put on heavy lip liner and some blush, this happened JEBEJDJDJDI,” she wrote, attributing her appearance to makeup.
The discussion continued when another X user shared screenshots of posts speculating about her appearance. The user criticized people who made assumptions about cosmetic work but then expressed admiration for the artist when she responded.
“They’re gonna RESPOND to this comment like, ‘OMG GIRL, I LOVE YOU,’ and this them,” the user wrote.
PinkPantheress also replied to the post, expressing frustration over how confidently people made assumptions about her appearance.
