At 76, Morgan Fairchild found a new way to show fans the woman behind her glamorous television roles. The longtime star joined OnlyFans but made one boundary clear: her page would not feature explicit content.
Fairchild planned to share new photographs, videos and glimpses of her personality. The move offers longtime supporters a closer look beyond the big hair and familiar characters.
Morgan Fairchild joins OnlyFans and says her content won’t be explicit
Fairchild told PEOPLE she was “putting up new pictures and videos,” with Creators Inc. advising her launch. She anticipated the obvious question, quipping, “And before anyone asks, no, not that kind!” Her posts would mostly show her “being goofy and talking about whatever’s on my mind.”
The Friends alum said audiences often remembered “the characters, the clothes and the big hair” from her decades in entertainment. But there was more to her than those familiar roles. “They may not know what a science nerd I am or how easily my sister can make me laugh,” she explained. “I’d love to share more of that.”
Creators Inc. CEO Andy Bachman told the publication that Hollywood often measured stars’ relevance by their latest projects. Fans, however, did not follow that clock. “Fans don’t,” he said, explaining that OnlyFans gave Fairchild a direct connection with supporters, “on her own terms.”
Bachman’s company had also helped Donna Mills, Shannon Elizabeth and Jaime Pressly launch accounts that year. Mills, the Knots Landing star, joined in July at 85. She told Page Six that fans would see “the real me: the good hair days, the bad hair days, and everything in between.”
Mills later told Nightline she shared everyday moments but drew a line at filming herself brushing her teeth. “They say they like it when you brush your teeth … I’m not going to brush my teeth,” she joked. Asked by TMZ whether she might bare all, Mills admitted, “My first answer would be, oh, no, I won’t do that. But then my second answer is, I don’t know.”
Bachman claimed on the Creators Inc. Podcast in August that Mills had earned “many six figures” in her first month. Fairchild, meanwhile, hopes her own account will give fans a chance to get to know the woman beyond her glamorous television persona.
