Chrishell Stause and G Flip celebrated their relationship with multiple wedding ceremonies over the years. However, the former couple reportedly never made their marriage legally binding.
The revelation emerged after Stause announced their breakup on October 26, following more than four years together. Since they were never legally married, the former couple will not need to go through formal divorce proceedings.
Chrishell Stause and G Flip reportedly never tied the knot legally
According to TMZ, Stause and G Flip never legally married despite holding several wedding ceremonies. The pair first exchanged vows in Las Vegas in May 2023, with an Elvis Presley impersonator officiating.
Although they publicly celebrated their wedding, reports at the time suggested that their union was not legally recognized. Sources claimed the couple planned to make their marriage official later, but that reportedly never happened.
The pair continued celebrating their relationship through annual ceremonies. Later in 2023, they renewed their vows in Palm Springs. Another celebration followed in Australia in 2024, before they held a medieval-themed wedding at a Los Angeles castle in 2025.
Despite four ceremonies, none resulted in a legally binding marriage, according to reports.
The Chrishell Stause G Flip split became public on October 26, 2026. Stause shared an emotional video announcing their separation. She admitted that she still loved G Flip and felt “a little bit like a failure” as their relationship ended.
Sources later claimed G Flip initiated the breakup.
Another insider reportedly cited long-distance challenges as a major factor in their separation. The couple struggled with frequent travel, time differences, and spending weeks apart. Although both reportedly wanted children, neither was prepared to relocate permanently for the other.
Despite the breakup, a source suggested that the former couple had not completely ruled out a future reconciliation.
Although their romantic relationship has ended for now, the two have expressed their continued love and respect for each other. Their separation also brings an unusual detail of their relationship into focus: four wedding celebrations without a legally recognized marriage.
