Talking about the viral airport incident, Milania Giudice herself posted a video on her Instagram account, which she later quickly deleted. In the video, she could be seen yelling at her mother, Teresa Giudice, and her older sister, Gia Giudice, while surrounded by police officers. She repeatedly asked, “This is what we do now?”

During the incident, her mother, Teresa Giudice, was heard saying, “I love you.” As the older sister, Gia Giudice stepped in and said, “Let her do what she wants to do.” Milania then told both of them, “Shut the f–k up.”

The incident took place on September 23, 2026, at around 2:20 p.m. According to reports, Milania Giudice was going through a mental breakdown and experiencing suicidal thoughts at the time. The 20-year-old had recently been discharged from the hospital and was traveling with her mother, Teresa Giudice, her older sister, Gia Giudice, and a counselor. However, she separated from them and ran away at the airport, prompting the family to seek help from the police. About 12 minutes later, officers found Milania Giudice. Fortunately, no arrests were made.
