The move comes as Trump continues to face criticism from the media, with the three outlets now barred from the White House.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Donald Trump has banned CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House. Shortly before the announcement, Trump’s personal aide, Natalie Harp, showed the president all the critical stories that these three outlets have done about Trump.
As reported by TMZ, Natalie had singled out videos of news anchors bashing him in their podcasts. Trump seemed to have had enough after watching damaging content on MS NOW.
The president responded to his criticism by announcing on Truth Social that the news outlets are mongering “FAKE NEWS”. On Saturday, reporters from the mentioned organizations were not allowed inside the White House, and their press credentials were confiscated.
In response, reporters from MS NOW and CNN did their broadcasts from the street outside. Following the snub, all three outlets have released statements expressing solidarity with their staff members. Not only that, but other news outlets have also protested against the ban.
Trump also met with the journalists at the Oval Office and told them that the ban was the result of “cumulative stories over the last few years.”
Natalie Harp has been one of Trump’s closest aides for several years. She is also called “human printer” as she is always carrying out sheaves of reports for the president to read. Recently, some of her letters to the president were released, which pointed to her undying loyalty to Trump. The nature of the relationship has raised concerns among Trump’s closest advisers and the Secret Service.
