Maria Bartiromo Breaks Silence After Messy Fox News Exit: ‘More to Come’

Morning With Maria has made journalist Maria Bartiromo a household name across the nation. However, her messy Fox News exit has left her viewers heartbroken, and while some fans continue to search for clarity, the journalist now appears to be breaking her silence with a “More to come” message.

Maria Bartiromo thanks supporters one week after Fox News announced her departure

Recently, Fox News announced the departure of the famous journalist, leaving viewers waiting for Maria Bartiromo to say something about the situation. Today, she finally ended the silence with a tweet in which she appeared to thank all of her viewers.

Bartiromo wrote, “Thank you to all friends & followers for your amazing words I am so grateful for the outpouring of love.”

“I love you all. here’s a great shot of the breaking through, I snapped the other day. More to come.” She added

Apart from this tweet, Maria Bartiromo also shared a picture showing a calm ocean below, with gentle waves moving across its surface. Above it, the sky is filled with thick rain clouds, while golden-orange sunlight shines through and gives the clouds a warm, golden glow. In addition, a faint rainbow appears in the middle near the horizon.

For context, on September 3, 2026, reports began going viral claiming that the American journalist had suddenly left Fox News. She last hosted her show on August 9, 2026, after which viewers had not seen the 58-year-old journalist on the network.

Fox News has not provided any clear or concrete reason for Bartiromo’s departure. The company only issued a brief statement thanking her for 12 and a half years of contributions and described it as a business decision.

However, a report from Oliver Darcy claims that Maria Bartiromo allegedly shared confidential claims from Fox Business involving Donald Trump’s voting and China-related matters directly with the White House. Darcy described the journalist’s move as a betrayal of her employer.
