Nicole Williams English Teases ‘Bumpy Road’ on Khloé Kardashian’s New Hulu Series

Nicole Williams English is back on reality TV, but her return comes with some challenges. The former WAGS star has joined Khloé Kardashian’s new Hulu series, The Girls: A Khloé Kardashian Project. While she knows reality TV well, filming with a close group of friends has brought new dynamics. Nicole admits the journey has included a few bumps along the way.

Nicole Williams English calls navigating friendships on Khloé Kardashian’s new show a ‘bumpy road’

According to OK!, Nicole told the outlet that returning to reality TV felt familiar. “It’s definitely like getting on a bike in a way,” she explained. The 42-year-old said she felt “a little rusty” but remained “raw, open and organic” on camera. She also said she feels excited to show fans her “new era” after spending 10 years away from reality TV.

The unscripted Hulu series follows Khloé’s longtime friends Olivia Pierson, Natalie Halcro, Khadijah Haqq-McCray, Malika Haqq and Yris Palmer. Nicole has a close friendship with Natalie and Olivia, but she said when friends spend so much time together, there can be conflict. “There are going to be boundaries crossed, and there are going to be little fights,” she told the outlet. She described learning how to handle conflict between the women as “a little bit of a bumpy road.”

Nicole said the women remain vulnerable and work through their issues together. She believes viewers will connect with at least one member of the group. “It’s just an inside look at a real friendship,” she said. The season will also feature divorces, makeups, breakups, dating, marriage, engagements, motherhood and their professional lives.

Nicole previously appeared on E!’s WAGS from 2015 to 2017. She and her husband, Larry English welcomed daughter India Moon after the show, in January 2023. Nicole recalled watching old WAGS episodes with Olivia and Natalie and realizing fans still wanted them back on TV. She said the friends eventually discussed returning to reality television together, which helped lead them toward a new chapter.
