The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 20 is making plenty of noise, winning over viewers and continuing to stay in the headlines. Now, another interesting update from the reality show has emerged in the trailer, which is sure to raise fans’ excitement even further, as Shannon Beador clashes with Alexis Bellino and her ex, John Janssen, during the midseason.

People’s exclusive teaser, released Thursday, Aug. 27, shows tensions growing between Shannon Beador and Alexis Bellino. During a party, Heather Dubrow announces that Alexis and her husband, John Janssen, who is Shannon’s ex-boyfriend, have arrived. The couple then pose for a selfie together, leaving the 62-year-old Shannon stunned. Everything seems normal until Beador turns to Alexis and says, “Keep my name out of your mouth, Alexis.”
Hearing this, 49-year-old Alexis immediately walks away, while the next clip shows Bellino in tears saying, “This is not fair,” as her friends comfort her.
The teaser also gives viewers a glimpse of drama involving other cast members, including Tamra Judge, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti, Vicki Gunvalson and newcomer Carmella Garcia.
When it comes to the trio of Shannon Beador, John Janssen and Alexis Bellino, Janssen was previously dating the Love Hotel star Shannon Beador. Their relationship lasted for more than three years before John ended it in November 2022, the day after Thanksgiving.
Almost a year later, Janssen went public with his relationship with former RHOC cast member in December 2023, and the couple got engaged in August 2024. They married on October 3, 2025, in Laguna Beach, California.
During 2025–26, the Marriage Boot Camp star also discussed their wedding plans, revealing that they did not plan to have a traditional bridal party.
The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 20 premiered on Bravo on July 9, 2026, and seven episodes have aired so far.
