Rocky Blasted Drake for Seemingly Refusing To Let Go of Rihanna Despite Both Moving On With Life
The American rapper appeared for an interview on The Jason Lee Show, where he openly discussed his relationship with Rihanna. He also shared how strange he finds Drake’s behavior and his continued comments about Rihanna.
Rocky said, “It’s like it’s weird that like we done everybody moved on with their lives and like is still strung up on that Like it’s just bugged out to me.”
When the host asked A$AP Rocky about Drake’s “Your girl didn’t post your album” comment, Rocky did not give it much attention and simply responded by calling it “Stupid.”
“If she would have posted my album, everybody would have been like, You only went number one cuz your girl posted a she not on my album. Like, you know what I’m saying? Why?” Rocky defended Rihanna, saying, “She posted my album, right? After it went number one.”
Apart from discussing Drake, the American rapper also talked about several other topics during the interview, including his career journey, his love for the city that shaped him, and his desire to give back to his neighborhood.
Rocky and Rihanna first met in 2012 when the American rapper featured on Rihanna’s remix. After years of friendship, the two quietly started dating in late 2019. In May 2021, A$AP Rocky publicly referred to the Barbadian singer as “the love of my life” during an interview with GQ, and the couple has been together ever since.
