Tom Sandoval has made new allegations against ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson as their legal battle continues. In a recent court filing, the former Vanderpump Rules star described an alleged altercation that he claims left him physically injured and emotionally distressed. The new declaration is part of Sandoval’s ongoing request for a restraining order against Robinson.

According to TMZ, Sandoval claimed the incident happened in October while he was touring Florida with his band, Tom Sandoval And The MOST Extras. In the court filing, he alleged Robinson had consumed drugs and alcohol before venue security escorted her back to the tour bus. Sandoval claimed she became aggressive when he returned after the concert.
He alleged Robinson repeatedly kicked him in the groin while yelling insults, including, “You have a tiny f****** penis! F*** you!” Sandoval said the incident happened in front of his bandmates, crew members, and fans.
The reality star also claimed Robinson’s behavior caused problems throughout the tour. According to the filing, several venues raised concerns about her alleged drug use backstage. He further alleged she invited fans backstage and shared drugs with them. Sandoval claimed his band manager and musical director eventually wanted to ban her from the tour.
Sandoval also alleged Robinson frequently insulted him and questioned his masculinity. He claimed the ongoing conflict caused him significant anxiety before his appearance on America’s Got Talent in 2025. According to the declaration, he stayed in the relationship because Robinson allegedly threatened to “ruin” his life if he left.
The latest filing comes after the former couple’s relationship ended following a domestic dispute in June. Since then, both Sandoval and Robinson have made abuse allegations against each other in court. Sandoval was previously granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Robinson and her father. While Robinson’s request for a temporary protective order was initially denied pending a future hearing.
