Marcellus Wiley has given up his gun. He and his estranged wife have also told the court they reached a temporary parenting arrangement.
The divorce update came through court filings this week. Both moves arrived while a restraining order against him remains active.

Marcellus, 51, turned his Glock 9mm over to the Los Angeles Police Department on Monday, July 27, at 6:25 p.m., US Weekly reported. He had told the court he could not retrieve the firearm from the marital bedroom because of Annemarie Wiley‘s temporary restraining order. His filing stated he owns no other guns or ammunition.
Annemarie, 42, filed an amended order on Friday, July 24, laying out a short-term visitation plan for their three children: Marcellus Jr, 10, Ariya, 7, and Alivia, 6. He gets them Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., plus Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., starting August 1. The arrangement runs only through September 2.
The restraining order still governs how those handoffs work. He picks the kids up from camp on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Saturdays, he collects them from the marital home but must “stay in his car for exchanges at the residence.” He also cannot take them outside Los Angeles County and must remain 100 yards from Annemarie.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum filed for divorce and sought the order on July 6, following an altercation at a Florida hotel that led to his arrest. She alleged he sexually assaulted her more than once and abused her physically and emotionally.
He has denied it. “I have never forced, coerced or sexually assaulted my wife,” he said. He has called losing contact with his children the hardest part of the case, describing himself as the parent who handled school runs, homework and practices. Annemarie is still seeking sole physical and legal custody.
