Prosecutors request the dismissal of Kelley’s harassment case as proceedings continue

According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, the state of Utah filed a motion this week to dismiss with prejudice the electronic harassment case. The case was tied to Kelley’s August 2025 arrest.

Prosecutors said the request was made after Kelley completed a diversion agreement. However, the specific conditions of that agreement haven’t been made public. The case was dismissed with prejudice, implying neither party can refile the charges.

Kelley had faced one count of misdemeanor electronic communication harassment and two counts of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. This was after a series of incidents involving Scott, including social media posts that shared his personal contact information.

Scott’s estranged wife was arrested and briefly jailed in August 2025 following a series of disturbing social posts and amid a turbulent stretch.

The developments mark a significant turnaround for a divorce that began in June 2025. The battle then grew increasingly public and contentious in its early months.

Scott Wolf filed for divorce from Kelly Scott on June 9. The couple ended their 21-year marriage. Later in June, their divorce case took a new turn as the actor filed for a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife.

Since then, Scott has spoken about the difficulty of the split. While Kelley has continued treatment as part of her mental health recovery. The Wolfs have shown signs of reconciliation in their co-parenting relationship, including public gestures of goodwill on social media.
