New allegations against Jared Leto have surfaced in a BBC investigation that includes accounts from 10 women. Four women accuse the Oscar winner of criminal sexual conduct, while others describe separate encounters they say took place over more than a decade.

Leto has not responded to the BBC’s latest requests for comment. His representatives previously denied similar allegations reported last year.

The BBC investigation examines allegations spanning more than a decade involving Jared Leto

According to the BBC, four women allege Leto engaged in criminal sexual conduct when they were teenagers. The documentary, Jared Leto: Hollywood’s Dark Secret, includes interviews with 10 women. Nine of them speak publicly for the first time.

One woman claimed she had underage sex with Leto at his California home when she was 17. California’s age of consent is 18. She alleged the actor dismissed concerns about her age. “It wasn’t a huge concern for him,” she claimed. She also alleged Leto told her, “I would like you to call me daddy.”

Looking back, she said, “It was only as time went on that I realized more and more how scary that really was.”

Another woman alleged Leto sexually assaulted her inside a motel bathroom when she was 17. She claimed he suddenly opened the shower curtain, kissed her, and forced her hand onto him before she pulled away.

A third woman alleged Leto threatened her with sexual assault after she met him in a London hotel room. She claimed he repeatedly told her she would wake up “with a d–k in her ass” after she asked to sleep on a chaise lounge.

The investigation also includes allegations from a woman who said Leto groomed her through repeated sexually explicit phone calls when she was 16. She alleged he later suggested they have sex and eventually tried to have her sign a non-disclosure agreement. The BBC reported that it reviewed the NDA after she refused to sign it.

Another woman, identified as Taylor, claimed she met Leto at age 14 during a Thirty Seconds to Mars autograph session. She alleged he signed her shirt across her chest, commented that she had “a nice rack,” and asked security to take her backstage. Taylor said her mother confronted him, but he allegedly repeated the remark.

The BBC reported it corroborated several accounts through messages, photographs, and conversations with friends and relatives. Two former crew members also alleged staff often felt uncomfortable with Leto’s interactions with teenage girls. One recalled, “I think everyone thought the age gap was way too big.”

The BBC said Leto did not respond to its repeated requests for comment. His representatives previously denied allegations of inappropriate behavior published by Air Mail in 2025.
