RHOBH Alum Annemarie Wiley Levels New Claims Against Estranged Husband

RHOBH star Annemarie Wiley has filed new court documents, as their bitter legal battle escalates over domestic violence allegations. She told a judge she fears her estranged husband, Marcellus Wiley, is repeatedly defying protective orders.

Annemarie Wiley told the court she feared Marcellus Wiley continued violating existing protective orders

According to US Weekly, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum told the court she fears Marcellus has continued to violate the existing temporary protective order. The order temporarily bans him from contacting the former RHOBH star. This latest stunt added new weight to her request for long-term protection ahead of a critical hearing this week.

“The fact that Marcellus continues to violate the court’s orders makes me very afraid. I was intimidated, and my peace was disturbed,” the former RHOBH star, 42, stated in her fresh legal paperwork filed on Thursday, July 23.

She claimed her estranged husband violated a no-contact order in Florida after he showed up at their son’s tournament for three days starting on July 6, a day after the order went into effect.

In the legal paperwork, she also alleged Marcellus violated the temporary restraining order in California that went into effect on July 8. She further said that her ex has also been texting and calling their son.

“After being served with the TRO, he continued to have contact with our children,” Annemarie said. “Marcellus called me on WhatsApp at 4:30 a.m. on July 9. Marcellus interacted with our children and came within approximately fifteen to twenty feet of me, even though he had been ordered to remain at least 100 yards away from me.”

In the Annemarie Wiley court case, a judge first granted the RHOBH star a temporary restraining order on July 7. According to the order, Marcellus, 51, had to stay at least 500 feet away from her, their three kids, their Encino home, and her workplace. That order remained in effect until a July 24 hearing.

Marcellus’ lawyer requested a modification to the visitation order regarding their children. Wiley separately faces an August 4 arraignment on the domestic battery charge tied to his arrest. He and Annemarie married in June 2014. They share three children—Marcellus Jr., 10, Ariya, 7, and Alivia, 6.
