Officers made their way to Kim Scott’s home on July 11 after someone reported that she had tried to take her own life, according to paperwork reviewed by TMZ. That same emergency took her to a Michigan hospital days earlier, which came to light through footage of paramedics tending to her outside the house.
Once officers reached her home, Scott ordered them to get out. They said she was agitated and uncooperative, and she also fought back as they moved to restrain her. However, during this incident, one officer reported that Scott bit down on his forearm, which prompted the responders to deploy a stun device to bring things to a halt.
The bitten officer took the treatment, and the prosecutors leveled charges of assaulting an officer and resisting arrest against Scott. These are still allegations that have to be proven before a judge. Where her health stands right now is something authorities have kept private.
This incident adds another chapter to a rough year for Eminem‘s ex. Back in May, she landed in an operating-while-intoxicated charge and a missed hearing.
