Speaking on Matt Wilkinson’s The Royal Exclusive podcast, Mark Dolan described the Duchess of Sussex’s visit as “strategic.” He said, “For Megan, it’s business. I believe that Megan is pathologically transactional, and so I think this trip is strategic for her, and I think it’s emotional and nostalgic for Harry, which I think is, by the way, a big tension within the marriage.”
Though he said the Duke of Sussex is visiting with his children, as he misses his family. He said, “I think that Harry wants to come back to the UK because he misses his family. He misses his royal activities, and he misses England, you know, he misses the UK, and he wants his kids to spend time with their grandfather.”
Dolan called it family politics and claimed Meghan Markle wishes to return to royal life to reclaim the attention that she lost after moving away, according to RadarOnline. He added, “They’ve got King Charles over a barrel because we know that he wants to see his grandchildren.” The royal couple officially stepped down from their royal duties in 2020 to lead an independent life in California.
