Pete Davidson may indeed be playing an active role in his daughter Scottie Rose’s life, opposed to Elsie Hewitt’s allegations that she is navigating the struggles of single motherhood alone.
In a photo obtained from DeuxMoi, Davidson is shown pushing Scottie’s pram in a Brooklyn park – confirming that he is very much involved in his daughter’s life post his split with Hewitt.

The post surfaced soon after Hewitt posted a vlog on TikTok detailing her life as a single mother. Hewitt expressed how the responsibilities of caring for a 5-month-old daughter had left her little time for herself. She said that she hasn’t worked out since she gave birth in December 2025. She celebrated the fact that she could finally squeeze in a pilates session, but her plans of going out for dinner were not fulfilled.
Hewitt and Davidson split shortly after they moved in together in May 2026, just months after their daughter was born. Though updates of a healthy co-parenting schedule surfaced after the split, Hewitt has expressed that she is now facing the “full mental load” of being a single mother – something she hadn’t imagined to be doing alone.
Hewitt had also considered suing Davidson for childcare expenses, triggering his team to lash back, saying that the former SNL star was already going above and beyond to help Hewitt out. As reported, he is currently paying for all of Scottie’s expenses and is also responsibly managing their living situation. The team appeared surprised that Hewitt would sue on no substantial grounds.
As Hewitt continues to speak about her struggles as a single mother, this new photo of Davidson out on a stroll with his daughter may raise speculations about the reality behind Hewitt’s version of the story.
