Guild Wars 2 is seen by many as one of the greatest alternatives to the MMO king World of Warcraft, and while it doesn’t require a subscription fee in order to play it, it is required that the game is purchased beforehand, therefore not making it a free-to-play title. This trial would see it becoming a free-to-play title for one week.

The game’s publisher NCSOFT was responsible for bringing WildStar to the MMO-loving masses, which impressed fans of the genre with its action-oriented gameplay, but arguably failed to court as big of a following in its tentative first months on sale as its contemporaries.

If you have yet to play Guild Wars 2, then this free trial is the perfect jumping-on point. You won’t be disappointed.
