Patty Mills, Aron Baynes Videobomb Fox Sports

Patty Mills and Aron Baynes‘ efforts have now seen them enter a prized echelon of modern basketball players, and we don’t mean their sterling performances in securing an NBA championship for the San Antonio Spurs. We’re talking about their elite videobombing skills.

Two of our favourite Aussie NBA stars expertly bombed a live cross to AFL correspondent Julian de Stoop on Fox Sports recently, immediately facing the annoyance of de Stoop, who told the NBA champs, “Get off boys,” before pushing Mills away.

De Stoop was quickly made aware of who he’d shooed away (guess the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy didn’t give it away). “I had no idea it was them I just thought it was a couple of Collingwood ’nuffies’ doing their thing, ” said the reporter.

Mills and Baynes now rank among the NBA’s most illustrious videobombers, a roster than includes Kevin GarnettAndre Drummond, Kyle Lowry and even LeBron James. Of course, when it comes to videobombing, current free agent Chris Bosh is, like on the court, simply untouchable.
