Tom Brady Suffers Possible Serious Injury

New England; fans of the Patriots; those who drafted him already in fantasy this season; those who wish to never see Tim Tebow play again; everyone is praying Tom Brady didn’t just end his season/career from a play in practice.

According to Deadspin, who broke the story, the injury happened during full-team drills against the Buccaneers Wednesday. After attempting a pass, Brady appears to go down on his left leg after being pushed into left tackle Nate Solder. The quarterback stayed down for awhile before forcing a few more reps and following a medical staff off the field in which he was described as walking “gingerly.”

Considering it was Brady’s left knee that forced him out of the entire 2008 season, this is very concerning.

You can tell Brady grabs his knee pretty aggressively after he falls. Just imagine all the Patriots have been through this off-season: losing Wes Welker to free agency, Rob Gronkowski having 37 surgeries, Aaron Hernandez…. imagine if their final key piece of the puzzle, their only weapon, goes down.

Pats President Jonathan Kraft told ESPN “I understand from people who were standing out here it may have looked serious,” Kraft said. “I don’t have a definitive answer. And in classic Bill Belichick fashion I will tell you a little bit more though and just say I don’t believe it’s serious, but I do not know.”
