According to People, Sofia, 19, reportedly helped her mother get back up. The footage also drew attention to Sofía’s quick response. A representative for Queen Letizia confirmed that she suffered no injuries and continued her usual activities.
The royal family boarded the Nuevo Sandra María, a fishing vessel belonging to the head of the local fishermen’s guild. Conditions at sea had been rough the previous day. Despite the earlier rough sea conditions, the royal family continued with its scheduled engagements.
