Chrishell Stause revealed that she won’t be watching Selling Sunset Season 10. However, she warned that her legal team would be keeping a close eye on the season if it attempts to defame her. Stause announced her departure from the reality TV show in November 2025, citing that she doesn’t need the show financially and that it’s not good for her mental health.

In a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, Stause said that she won’t watch Selling Sunset Season 10 and clarified that she didn’t mean it in a “bad way.” She shared her best wishes for the upcoming season but warned that her lawyers would watch to ensure that the show doesn’t drag her in any way. “I’ll have lawyers let me know if there’s defamation, but I feel like, to be honest with you, if you love something, let it go,” the actress elaborated.
Moreover, she clarified that she has no bad blood with the show, adding that she had a good time there and that it brought her “amazing things.”She added, “I want [the cast] to go on and do their thing. It’s not for me. So, I really wish it the best.” The reality star threatened that the show doesn’t try to defame her, otherwise, she would sue them.
In an interview with Bustle earlier, she revealed that she gave careful thought before her exit. “I’ve vacillated back and forth with this decision in the past. I have to be honest — having come from nothing, it’s really hard to turn something like this down,” she said. However, Stause stated that now not even “Jesus Christ” could convince her to return. “I’ve gotten to a place where I don’t need the show financially. I’m lucky to have other forms of employment, because it’s no longer good for my mental health,” she elaborated on her decision.
According to Cosmopolitan, Selling Sunset’s reporting cast members are as follows: Christine Quinn, Heather Rae El Moussa, Amanza Smith, Bre Tiesi, Brett Oppenheim, and Jason Oppenheim, among others. The official release date for the show hasn’t been disclosed yet.
