Andy Cohen has shared a glimpse of the tension between former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friends. Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards have crossed paths since their falling out, but encounters remain pointed.
The RHOBH stars apparently haven’t abandoned their shady ways
During an October 19 appearance on TODAY with Jenna and Sheinelle, Cohen discussed reconciliation. “I love them together,” the Watch What Happens Live host said as seen in an Instagram clip. However, he did not “completely” see a reunion happening soon.
Cohen explained that the women still encounter each other around Beverly Hills. “Beverly Hills is small. And so they’re always running into each other,” he said. He mentioned how those run-ins play an active role in still keeping their feud alive.
Kyle will say, ‘I saw Vanderpump at the Polo Bar,’” Cohen recalled. He added that one might send the other “a shady bottle of champagne” with “a shady note.” Cohen called the situation “very frothy in Beverly Hills.”
Cohen would welcome a change. “But do I see it happening? I kind of don’t, but I wish for it,” he admitted. Their friendship ended after years on RHOBH, with Vanderpump leaving after Season 9.
Vanderpump has ruled out returning to the Bravo series. “It’s never gonna happen!” she said during an October appearance on CBS Mornings. She cited her business and charity commitments.
Still, Vanderpump said she did not regret the experience. “I loved so much of it. I can’t denigrate the whole experience,” she explained. Losing her brother during a contentious period helped her decide to leave.
Richards discussed their complicated friendship during an October 2025 Amazon Live appearance. She acknowledged the show did not always bring out the best in people. Richards also recognized Vanderpump’s positive qualities despite their unresolved issues.
“I have my negative takeaways,” Richards said, while praising Vanderpump’s “great, great qualities” and attributes. For now, reconciliation remains uncertain, and their encounters still carry a familiar dose of shade.
